01 Introduction

A warranty built around peace of mind

The Euro 1 Warranty Package Proposal is designed to provide peace of mind to our valued customers. It sets out the terms and conditions under which we agree to repair or replace covered vehicle components in the event of any mechanical failure.

  • What it does — commits Euro 1 Warranty Package to repairing any covered component that suffers a mechanical failure within the warranty period, subject to the terms below.
  • When it applies — coverage commences once the manufacturer’s factory warranty expires, and is defined by both time and mileage limits.
  • How claims are grouped — into major types such as Engine, Transmission and Differential.
  • Your legal rights are protected — benefits are supplementary to all other rights and remedies under UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 and related consumer-protection regulations.
02 Terms of the Warranty

Our agreement with you

The warranty is a legally binding contract that comes into effect upon payment of the premium by, or on behalf of, the warranty holder. In return, Euro 1 Warranty Package provides the benefits set out here.

Commitment 01

Repair coverage

We will repair any covered component of your vehicle that experiences a mechanical failure within the warranty period — subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Commitment 02

Servicing requirements

To keep the warranty valid, your vehicle must be serviced exclusively by authorized service centers as recommended by the manufacturer. This applies from the moment you purchase Euro 1 Warranty Package.

Proper usage — you must comply with manufacturer specifications

  • Fuel usage — the vehicle must use the specified fuel type in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Tire size — tires fitted must adhere to the manufacturer’s specifications for size and fitment.
  • Battery usage — use the correct battery with the appropriate voltage, as indicated by the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Brake components — use of original brake pads and brake discs, consistent with manufacturer standards, is mandatory.

Excluded activities & modifications

The following are explicitly excluded from coverage under this warranty:

  • Altered mileage or kilometers — any alteration or tampering with the recorded mileage or kilometers.
  • Engine Control Unit (ECU) — any modification to the ECU, such as opening or modifying it.
  • Modified software and hardware — changes that deviate from the manufacturer’s standards.
  • Tuned and racing parts — installation of tuned or racing parts.
  • Misuse of the vehicle — activities such as desert off-roading or using the vehicle on a racing track.
Warranty termination

If your vehicle is found to be using any of the excluded parts or modifications that do not align with the manufacturer’s standards, this warranty plan will be terminated or rendered void immediately. Euro 1 Warranty Package experts will take such action upon discovery of these irregularities.

03 Your Contract

The documents that make up your warranty

  • The warranty comes into effect upon payment of the premium by, or on behalf of, the warranty holder.
  • Collectively, the documents below define the terms and conditions of your warranty.
  • It is the warranty holder’s responsibility to ensure all details on the proposal page are accurate.

Coverage extension

  • Extended-warranty coverage commences once the manufacturer’s factory warranty expires.
  • It is defined by both time and mileage limitations.
  • Because the manufacturer’s coverage may change over time, extended-warranty coverage can also evolve.
  • Claims are categorised into major types such as Engine, Transmission and Differential.

Statutory rights preserved

  • Benefits under this contract — and any warranties from the seller — are supplementary to all other rights and remedies the purchaser has under UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 and related regulations in the commercial control and consumer-protection sector.
04 Terms of Contract

Warranty plans & periods

Each plan begins upon the expiration of the manufacturer’s full warranty, starting on the date the warranty is sold with the vehicle. Every plan carries an unlimited limit and number of claims within the warranty period.

06 Making a Claim

How to make a claim

To make a claim on this warranty, follow the steps below. All repairs are carried out upon inspection by the workshop department at Euro 1 Warranty Package.

Return the vehicle to our service center. Bring the vehicle to a Euro 1 Warranty Package authorized service center.

Lodge the claim. Provide details of the warranty when delivering the vehicle and ask our service advisor to lodge a claim on your behalf. The service manager will contact the warranty administrator to confirm your servicing is up to date.

Dismantling. The cost of dismantling will be paid in the event of a valid claim. If the vehicle is dismantled in part or full and the fault is found not to be covered or is excluded, the warranty holder is liable to pay the cost of dismantling and any authorised repairs (inclusive of tax).

Authorisation. If claimable liability is agreed, Euro 1 Warranty Package provides authority by means of a specific claim number for the authorized sum. Any amount in excess of that figure (as per the warranty liability) is the responsibility of the warranty holder.

Parts. Euro 1 Warranty Package has the right to use original parts, renewed parts, or parts matching the original specification for the repairs under the claim.

Timelines. The claim-approval period is 3–5 working days from the date it is notified to the Claims Department. If repair parts are unavailable (non-availability or overseas order), a period of 15–60 days may apply for the delayed parts. The warranty holder must wait for the part; Euro 1 Warranty Package will not compensate for delayed parts or the waiting period.

Inspection first. No repairs are to be done under the terms of the warranty without informing us. All repairs are carried out upon inspection at the Euro 1 Warranty Package workshop, and the assessment result determines the warranty holder’s liability.

Accident during the warranty period

If the vehicle has met with an accident during the warranty period and is not repaired at Euro 1 Warranty Package authorized workshops (or by a certified manufacturer using the original part to factory standard), the warranty of the vehicle will be cancelled automatically.

08 Cancelling the Warranty

Cancellation & refunds

  • The Warranty Contract cannot be cancelled by the warranty holder and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
  • The Warranty Contract has no cancellation value.
  • Euro 1 Warranty Package is not liable to return any premium if the contract is invalidated, if cover is no longer required, or at the end of the warranty contract date.
  • Cancellation also results from: improper fuel use, improper tire size, improper battery/voltage, or improper use of original brake pads and discs — each against manufacturer specification.
  • Also: altered mileage/kilometers; ECU modifications (if the ECU is modified or opened); modified software and hardware; tuned and racing parts; and misuse such as desert off-roading or racing-track use.
  • If the vehicle is found using any of these parts/modifications against the manufacturer’s standard, the plan is terminated or becomes void immediately, and no premium is refunded.
09 Our Service Commitment

We stand behind our service

  • In the rare event that you find any aspect of our product, service, or the way we handle your claim to be unsatisfactory, our dedicated Service Manager will promptly address your concerns.
  • We provide a timely response upon receiving your communication.
Important notice — servicing

Validity of this warranty depends on the vehicle being returned to our designated service center every 10,000 km or 12 months (whichever comes first), or more frequently if the manufacturer requires it.

  • Services and inspections by other providers will not be endorsed or acknowledged by Euro 1 Warranty Package.
  • If serviced at other UAE workshops, the warranty becomes void unless the vehicle is returned for service at 12-month intervals.
  • If taken to an external workshop or dealer for repair, responsibility lies with the customer; Euro 1 Warranty Package is not accountable for any resulting costs.
  • This warranty is applicable only to the individual listed on the Euro 1 Warranty Package contract of sale at the time of purchase — a different customer on the same vehicle would not be covered.
Pre-policy inspection

Before we provide the policy, as standard operating procedure, the car must undergo a warranty inspection. If the car is in good condition you can take the policy at once; if it has an issue, the car must be repaired first.

  • This agreement, with the documents referred to in it, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any previous agreement on the same subject.
  • Each party acknowledges it does not rely on any statement, representation or warranty other than as expressly set out; the only remedy is for breach of contract. This does not limit or exclude liability for fraud.
